Ok, So I went to the Dallas 2/15 Concert and had a ball!
Here's my synopsis of his performance.
He immediately came on stage and got to work. He performed "Because of You" like 10 secs after he got on the stage. Done an awesome job………I was so into his performance that I cant recall all the songs he did. I know he didn't sing his sexier hits though. May have been due to the rather young crowd that seem to surround the stage.
His rendition of "Lie to Me" was soooooooooo crunk! I thought he was gonna punch a band member! LOL.
Male/female dancers were on point!
His band is exceptional especially the lil white horn player *muah*
They done some of radio's current hit list and had the audience on fire!
Ne-Yo done an awesome job of interjecting wit and sly remarks into his audience banter. Crowd participation was great and he made contact with some of the single ladies and couples enjoying the show.
The "Awww" moments of the show would have been him singing happy birthday, to a barely teen girl who cried afterwards while hugging on her mom. This same girl received a rose from Ne-Yo, a kiss on the hand, aaaaaand his towel before he walked off stage. Lucky trick! LOL, I'm not hatin, I promise, it was really sweet.
I would like to point out a few things that would make his show from GOOD to GREAT!
I also found the above to be the reason a lot of adults left after Musiq.
I see you try real hard to be an average dude, and it's not happenin captain. You gotta accept your superstar status and move forward. Your life is no longer your own………stay humble and grounded, but you gone need to come out with an alter ego or something…. Talk to Beyonce and T.I. they are perfect examples and can give you some pointers.

I first heard Ne-Yo’s So sick when I was in the bed sick. (no pun intended) I remember waking up and hearing his voice and being like who is this dude? I’m loving his sound. Done some internet work and found him, been in love every since…. My favorite Ne-Yo song? Um…..get back to you on that one! This Negro got so many it’s hard to choose from! He is my favorite all time male artist. He bumped R. Kelly and Dave Hollister outta the way real fast. I was a hugh HOLLISTITE until Ne-yo came onto the scene.
I have a Sick handbag and shoe fetish, it’s like my body goes into shock when I smell the leather of a new Louis Vuitton, which is my favorite designer. LV is just so classic and the craftsmanship is remarkable. To all you young chicks here’s a lil game for ya…..buy an LV leather item and put it up. Sell that mug in like 3-5 years and you’ll get a nice lil bit of intrest on that purchase. You’ll thank me later.
