Ive just come on here and seen your comment, googled it.. and it looks true!:( im so upset he has done this.. i know its not neyos fault.. but his tour his more important and his manager should realise that his fans matter too!!.. why say you can do a date, then let all your fans down :( so gutted

Yeah the man himself tweeted it a few hours ago. I am so pissed off right now only yesterday My Boyfriend booked his flights to come over for the show, he's taken time off work and time off from his Uni course to come and see NeYo with me. This does take the p*ss. we were at the MEN when he walked off and performed the next day somewhere else and now this. On the last occassion we had to pay admin charges again to get our tickets and were given little notice to get them reissued. I think we were given 24 hours or they would be sold and no refunds issued! We book for the Newcastle dates and he has to re schedule for reasons beyond his control?? You are performing at a pre-booked concert. Surely anything would have to wait or would know that you are in a Concert? This is not a meeting with one person but a stadium tour that has been booked. I dont get it. We get our tickets issued again but we should not be made to pay any fees to have them re-issued. I love ne-yo and think his music is amazing but he needs to get rid of the clowns that run his life cos he will lose credibility for being someone who does not show up!

Seems that "album commitments" are the reason. Surely the gig commitments were there first? Very unhappy about this. Hotel booked and paid for, trains from Edinburgh to Newcastle booked and paid for. Time off booked. Might not get time off for rescheduled "autumn" dates. Cheers Neyo.

It is his fault! he is working on album number 5 and its going so well that he cant stop the flow but can manage to do 2 dates at the o2 tho and keep the big city gigs. Im starting to lose respect for the guy that I listened to when hardly anyone knew about him. Its the lack of info from the team now until the dates and hold your breath it will take months and moonths and you probably here 8 weeks before the event! I live in London but come from Newcastle so ive got train tickets and Malmaison hotel booked,so ive lost about £200. But will still do the rescheduled date

They emailed 2 days after he announced it was cancelled. The email said "Unfortunately Ne-Yo has been forced to reschedule three dates on his forthcoming UK tour due to album commitments including his date at Newcastle Metro Arena on Thursday 3rd March. Despite this, Ne-Yo is determined not to let his UK fans down completely and we will contact you again when the rescheduled date is confirmed in the coming weeks. Tickets bought for the rescheduled performances will remain valid for the new dates. We hope you can attend this new date with no inconvenience, however if you are unable to attend on the new date, please contact help@aeglive.co.uk for a refund of the face value of the tickets. Best wishes, AEG Live ticketing team" Ne*Yo really needs a better team, there should be something on here and on his compound site. But what do we matter is how I feel right now. The only info I have had was from AEG Live which is where I bought my tickets from. They emailed 2 days after he announced it was cancelled. The email said

I'm going on Wednesday to Birmingham. I'm assuming it's still going ahead. The most frustrating thing is not even having any official announcement or anywhere to look for this. Could at least update the website. SMH!!
